    - We can only use the shipping option of "Global EMS(Express Mail Service)" by post-office which will normally take
      less than seven business days depending on the shipping destination.  Once the shipment arrives in your country, 
      it will be delivered to you by your local post-office.
    - Once we ship your item, we will provide a tracking number to you so that you can trace your shipment through 
      your country's post-office website.

- All return and exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days after you receive the item.
- We will double-check your ordered items prior to shipping to make sure that items have no defects. 
  If somehow, there is a defect with the item, you can return the item to us and get a refund or an exchange
  to other item.  We will also refund the previous shipping cost and the return-shipping cost by PayPal. 
  Please contact/consult us first before sending the defect item to us.
- Any return/exchange without a defect, the buyer is responsible for the previous shipping cost and
  the return-shipping cost.  This includes a ‘change of mind’ by the buyer and his/her size exchange request.

 Store credits occurring from orders are to be available in 20 days from the date of receipt. For these 20 days the store credits are classified as Pending. Pending store credits are credits from incomplete orders in case there are order cancellations or returns.
Valid store credits(total credits - used credits - pending credits) are eligible for immediate use.

Condition of credit use
The customer may pay by store credit when the store credit balance within the account is US$ 0 credits or more. The maximum credit the customer can use per purchase is 'No limit' of the total purchase amount.

Condition of credit lapse
Store credits that occurred from cancelled or returned order are to lapse. In case of account closing, the store credits within the account are to lapse. Store credits are to lapse in case that no credits occurred for three years or longer.
